NC: OPERATION VUTHU HAWE NABS SUSPECTS FOR DEALING IN DRUGS AND KIDNAPPING IN PIXLEY-KA-SEME DISTRICT

Kimberley: On Friday, 15 September 2023 and Saturday, 16 September 2023 between 02:00 and 14:00, Douglas police assisted by De Aar Public Order Police, Provincial Murder and Robbery Unit and Douglas Neighborhood Watch conducted high density, intelligence driven operations in Breipal in  Douglas.

The members responded to Information that led to the arrest of three suspects, age 22, 23 and 37 respectively for dealing in drugs and kidnapping.

Crystal meths and cash believed to be the proceeds of crime were confiscated.

The three suspects will appear in the Douglas Magistrate’s court  on Monday, 18 September 2023.

The police will continue with their collaborative efforts in the fight against crime and encourage community members to report any criminal activities to the police.  All information will be treated confidentially. End
